The ocean and the building give the photograph a vintage look. At first the water appeared to be snow but now I see it’s the open water. Very nostalgic. I see film sets in its future. x
I was tempted to go b/w on this one, but it did not look quite right..
You were definitely right to go with the colours. It has such a Scandinavian feel to it.

Mild winters and hot summers, air con is fairly common, also for winter, many use log fires, which I kinda like the look of, but also kinda bury my head when I think of the environmental impact..
I’m not sure what the difference in energy efficiency is between log fires and central heating. Air con can’t be great energy-wise either, grateful though I was for the office air con during the hot weather we had recently!!
I can’t imagine that wood has the same calorific value as gas but I can’t be bothered to look it up atm. But hey, at least you can grow more trees. That gas is running out, and fracking? That is like not a good thing I reckon.
